Everything a new Trading Master needs to do to start turning trade calls into real orders in your customers' own broker accounts. No technical background needed — just follow the steps in order.
You apply once and get approved. From then on, everything runs from your own private dashboard: you add each customer by name, get their broker login key directly from them, and enter it into ZORVO. From that point, every call you post — in Telegram, exactly like you already do — goes out automatically to every customer's account, sized and handled the way you set up for them individually. Your customers never see ZORVO, sign up for anything, or need to do anything at all.
Go to the ZORVO homepage and click "Become a Trading Master." Fill in three things: your organization/signal service name, the email you'll use to log in, and a password you choose. Click Submit — that's the entire application, no documents, no calls.
A ZORVO administrator reviews the application and approves it. There's nothing to do here except wait — you'll be able to log in as soon as it's approved, using the exact email and password from Step 1.
Go to the login page, enter the email and password you chose, and you'll land on your own private dashboard — your home base in ZORVO from now on.
Repeat this once for each customer you bring on — a few seconds each.
On your dashboard, find "Add a customer" and type in their name, plus a contact detail if you want one for your own reference (optional). Click Add — that's the entire "signup" for a customer. They don't create an account, don't get an email, and never visit ZORVO themselves.
For ZORVO to place trades in a customer's account, it needs a special login key from their broker — separate from their normal password, only usable for connecting apps like ZORVO. Brokers call this an "API key." Ask your customer to generate one from their own broker's website; ZORVO has a plain-language guide for each broker to send them.
See the broker key guides →You never log into a customer's broker account yourself — they generate the key, you just enter it.
Back on your dashboard, find "Your Customer's Trading Account Setup." Search for the customer you just added (or keep typing a new name — this same box can create them on the spot, so Steps 4 and 6 can happen in one go). Once they're found or named, fill in their market and broker, the key from Step 5, an optional per-trade quantity cap ("risk limit") if you want one, their execution mode and sizing (explained below), and which Trading desk(s) this account should follow — your own desk is checked automatically. Execution mode defaults to Automated — change it if you want a different mode for this account. Click Save — this customer is now fully live.
Onboarding more than a handful of customers? Download the spreadsheet template from your dashboard, fill in one row per customer — name, broker, their key, execution mode, sizing — and upload it back. Every row becomes a fully set-up customer in one go.
This is what makes everything run on its own. Click
"Generate connection code" on your dashboard, add
the ZORVO bot to your own Telegram group, then post the code as a
message: /connect <your code>. From then on,
just post calls in that group exactly like you already do —
nothing new to learn.
Nothing is locked in once you save it — every account and every customer can be changed any time.
Next to every account in "Your Customers' Trading Accounts," you'll find four quick actions: ✏️ Edit (change broker, execution mode, sizing, risk limit, or which desks it follows — the same search box from Step 6 loads it back in automatically), ⏸️ Suspend / ▶️ Reactivate (instantly stop or resume new signals reaching just that one account, reversible any time), and ✕ Delete (permanently removes the account). The same search-and-edit flow works for customers you haven't configured an account for yet, too.
Click "📊 Analytics" next to any trading desk, or next to any customer, to open a dedicated page scoped to just that one — nothing else mixed in.
How that desk's signals performed, what happened to every trade they triggered, a breakdown by trading symbol, an operational health check (is Telegram connected? are signals actually going through?), and a full searchable activity log — with date filters (Today, 7 Days, 30 Days, 3 Months, All Time, or a custom range) and one-click CSV or PDF export.
| Total trades | Success rate | Last activity |
|---|---|---|
| 128 | 92% | 2m ago |
The same idea, but for one customer instead of one desk — every trade that reached their account, from every desk they follow, with the same date filters and export.
One honest limitation: ZORVO doesn't yet record a trade's exit price, so win rate, P&L, and drawdown aren't shown anywhere — we'd rather leave a number out than make one up. Everything else (signal counts, execution outcomes, symbol activity, timing) is real, live data.
You'll choose these per customer, per account, back in Step 6.
Execution mode — what happens when a call comes in
The customer is just notified. Nothing is placed — good for someone who wants to trade it themselves.
A practice trade is recorded as if it happened. No real money moves — useful for testing.
The customer gets 10 minutes to approve or reject the trade before it's placed for real.
The trade is placed immediately, no confirmation needed — fully hands-off.
Sizing — how many shares get traded
The exact same number of shares every single time, no matter what.
A share of their account's value, worked out fresh at each trade's entry price.
The activity log — inside each desk's or customer's Analytics page — is a running record of everything that's happened: every signal received, every order attempt, every account change. Searchable, and nothing is ever a mystery later.
If something ever needs to stop immediately — the "Emergency stop" on your dashboard pauses all new trades for your entire organization instantly, reversibly, and it's logged either way. It also attempts to cancel anything still open, though that part depends on your broker connection actually being live — we'd rather tell you that plainly than let you assume more than it can currently do.
Do my customers need to download anything or sign up?
No. They never see ZORVO. You add them by name and configure their account on their behalf — that's the whole point.
Where exactly do I paste a customer's broker key?
"Your Customer's Trading Account Setup" on your dashboard (Step 6), or the matching column if you're using the spreadsheet upload (Step 7).
What's a "trading desk"?
Your own source of calls — a connected Telegram group. Your organization already has one by default; running more than one call group (e.g. an intraday desk and a swing desk)? Add another in "Your Trading Desks," each with its own ID and its own Telegram connection.
Is a customer's broker key safe once I enter it?
It's scrambled the moment it reaches ZORVO, so it's never stored as plain readable text — only ZORVO's own systems can ever unscramble it, and only when actually placing a trade.
Can I change a customer's execution mode or sizing later?
Yes — search for them in "Your Customer's Trading Account Setup" any time, or click ✏️ Edit next to their account in "Your Customers' Trading Accounts," and save new settings.
Can I pause one customer's account without touching anyone else's?
Yes — click ⏸️ Suspend next to that one account. It stops new signals from reaching just that account, reversible any time with ▶️ Reactivate.
Where do I see how a desk or a customer is actually performing?
Click 📊 Analytics next to either one — see "Your Analytics" above for what's shown.
What if I post something in Telegram that isn't a real trade call?
ZORVO only recognizes messages shaped like a call (a Buy/Sell direction and an entry price). Anything else is simply ignored — no trade, no error.
Can I run more than one broker across my customers?
Yes — each customer account is independent. Different customers can use different brokers, markets, execution modes, and sizing, all at once.
